Roy Hailey Memorial Education Scholarship Endowment
Advancing Community Association Manager Education

The Foundation for Community Association Research proudly announces the establishment of a new endowment, funded by the founders of the Roy Hailey Memorial Education Scholarship Endowment, Pam Bailey, AMS, PCAM, and Marc Markel, Esq, Fellow, CCAL. This generous gift will enhance educational opportunities for community association managers through CAI’s Professional Management Development Program (PMDP).
A Legacy of Education and Professionalism
The Roy Hailey Memorial Education Foundation was originally founded as a Texas nonprofit corporation to honor the memory of Roy Hailey, a trailblazer in the legal and community association industries. Since its inception in 2015, the Foundation has provided scholarships to community association managers and volunteers, fostering professionalism and excellence in community associations across Texas.
Through this endowment, the legacy of Roy Hailey will continue to inspire and support those striving to advance their education through Community Associations Institute (CAI) Professional Management Development Program (PMDP).
The Purpose of the Endowment
The endowment will provide scholarships for managers seeking to advance their professional education through CAI's PMDP courses, including support for tuition, travel, and accommodations.
